Privacy Policy
The Tamburri Organization collects the information you provide when you book a session, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, such as your name, email, phone number, and booking details. Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments; we never see or store your full card number. We use your information only to provide our services, communicate with you, and send newsletters you've opted into. We do not sell your personal information. This site is hosted by Wix, which uses cookies to keep the site running and measure traffic. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to unsubscribe, email matthew@tamburriorganization.com.
Terms & Conditions
Coaching and speaking services are for educational and personal-development purposes. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for treatment from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or dial 911. You are responsible for your own decisions and results, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. All content on this site belongs to The Tamburri Organization and may not be reused without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before its start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed sessions are non-refundable. Resume reviews can be refunded in full until work begins. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
